The Minnect App is Only Available in the US and Canada. If you are located anywhere else you will not be able to download or the app will not function properly. We are actively working on releasing the app in additional countries.

You can direct all questions related to linking bank accounts to our partner Stripe. Find answers to your questions on Stripe’s website https://support.stripe.com/contact/email?skip_login=true.
We understand you are busy and your schedule changes. You can reschedule any call by going to the event. On the event, you will see a calendar icon. Tap the icon and select reschedule from the menu that pops up. Follow the steps to select a new time for the call and write a message to the user explaining why you want to reschedule. You can reschedule a call up to 24 hours before the start time. If the user declines the new time, the call is automatically canceled and the user is refunded.
You can set your availability in the Expert Settings Screen. There is a settings item called “Availability”. Tap that to choose what hours and days you want to allow users to book calls with you.
When you book a call with an expert or ask a question your form of payment is authorized for a 5-day period. During that time, if the expert accepts your booking request, or answers your question, the authorized funds will transfer. If the request expires, the authorization is removed.
Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. On the Login Screen you will see a button that says “Sign Up” below the “Login” button.
